How businesses and individuals may share, reference, and republish content from Verticle's publications.

1. Ownership of Content
All articles, features, write-ups, photographs, graphics, layouts, and editorial content published by Verticle Pte. Ltd. in its publications, website, and digital platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Verticle Pte. Ltd. All rights are reserved.
The fact that a business or individual is featured in a Verticle publication does not transfer any ownership, licence, or intellectual property rights in that content to the featured party, except as expressly set out in this Policy.
2. Permitted Use by Featured Businesses
If your business has been featured in a Verticle publication, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to share and reference your feature, subject strictly to the following conditions:

3. Mandatory Attribution
Any permitted use of Verticle content must include clear and prominent attribution in the following form:
"Originally featured in Verticle Publications, [Month Year]. Published by Verticle Pte. Ltd. verticle.com.sg"
Attribution must appear directly adjacent to any excerpt or reference and must not be obscured, minimised, or placed in a location where a reasonable reader would not see it. Attribution is not optional — any use without attribution constitutes a breach of this Policy and an infringement of Verticle's intellectual property rights.
4. No Screenshots
Taking, sharing, or publishing screenshots of any Verticle publication, article, editorial layout, headline, or page design is expressly prohibited. This applies regardless of whether the screenshot is cropped, edited, or accompanied by attribution. Screenshots do not constitute a permitted form of sharing under this Policy.
5. Use by Third Parties and AI Systems
All content published by Verticle Pte. Ltd. is protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 2021 (Singapore) and applicable international intellectual property law.
The use of any Verticle content for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or otherwise developing artificial intelligence or machine learning models is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from Verticle Pte. Ltd.
Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of Verticle's website or publications by any system, bot, or agent not authorised by Verticle is prohibited.
6. Requests for Extended Use
If you wish to use Verticle content in a manner not expressly permitted by this Policy, you must submit a written request to [email protected] prior to any such use. Verticle Pte. Ltd. will review requests at its sole discretion and may grant or decline permission with or without conditions.
Permission granted in response to a request is valid only for the specific use described in that request and does not constitute a general licence.
7. Enforcement and Remedies
Unauthorised use of Verticle's content constitutes an infringement of Verticle's intellectual property rights. Verticle Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to take all available legal action, including seeking injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs, against any party that infringes its rights.
Verticle Pte. Ltd. also reserves the right to withdraw the permission granted in Section 2 at any time by written notice to the featured party.

Content published in Verticle's publications represents the editorial view at the time of publication. Verticle Pte. Ltd. makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or continued relevance of any published content. Verticle Pte. Ltd. accepts no liability for any reliance placed on content published in its publications by any third party.
